FINANCIAL NEEDS
In order to maintain this program in our school, our team requires one or more sustaining sponsors over a five-year period. Typical yearly pledge levels fall between $500 per year to $10,000 per year. Our local fundraising goal for this build year (operations/competition only) is $35,000. Additionally, we are always looking to improve our facility with equipment and tools. No matter how large or small your contribution, you are giving students the opportunity to invent, learn, and apply their knowledge through a program designed to strengthen the minds of future generations. |
Show your support for our team!
While sponsorship has become an integral part of our team's success over the years, we rely on the support of our community even more. No matter how big or small your contribution, you can shape the course of each student's experiences in the FIRST Robotics Program. Listed below are ways that you can make a difference.

There are many mentor positions available, anything from engineering and CAD, to communications and art design. We do not require any prior experience and ask that you attend our workshops at your convenience. Becoming a mentor entails rewarding work with Suttons Bay students and community members.

Over the past few years, we have been very fortunate to receive funding from corporate sponsors, local companies, mentors, family, and friends. We greatly appreciate any financial support as it aids us in the costs of team registration, kits of robot parts, competition travel expenses, tools and equipment, t-shirts, and buttons. If you're interested in becoming a sponsor, please click the "Sponsorship" tab above.

As residents of Northern Michigan, we all know how quickly word spreads in a small town. Therefore, your public support for what we do can help raise awareness in our community. Also, if you'd like to see our team in action first hand, you're invited to attend one of our events during the competition season.
