2017's competition, based off the Industrial Revolution, incorporated collecting, shooting, and climbing. Teams shot fuel (balls) into a boiler (goal) in order to build steam pressure for their airship to take flight. Human players served as an integral part of the competition. With so many components, FIRST Steamworks was a very exciting challenge!

FIRST in Michigan State Competition: April 13th - 15th at the Ryder Center, Saginaw Valley State University 
FIRST World Championship: April 26th - 29th in ​St Louis, MO
